In the first of this year’s evening discussion series, we will talk about both the ups and downs of going against traditional practices in the horse world. There is a movement of change happening across the equine industry, but tradition runs deep and whether it’s an approach to training, husbandry, hoof care, or other practices sometimes being an outsider in the mainstream world can have it’s challenges. Whether you keep your horse in a boarding situation, run an equine business yourself, or keep the horses in the privacy of your own own, when you go against the grain it can be both liberating and feel quite difficult. Join us for this evening discussion and collaboration in the cozy, comfort of our heated barn lounge. Coffee, tea, wine, and non-alcoholic options will be available along with some delicious homemade dessert treats. In event of severe weather, this event may be postponed.
