Join Meg for a lecture and demo about her journey with bridleless riding. It’s not about giving up the saddle and bridle and not having tools, but about the nuance in communication that the journey in bridleless riding can offer. This event is in lecture and demo format with the demo happening first up in the indoor arena, followed by a lecture in the comfort of the tack room lounge. Some of the topics covered are how to begin with bridleless work, the importance of the seat, whole body awareness, use of the neck rope, connection between the feet and pelvis, developing the lateral exercises and the importance of healthy posture and a relaxed mental state. Cost is $50/person and this event will be capped at 25 people. Coffee/tea and fresh baked breakfast snacks will be provided.
